

This session will provide hospital pharmacists with an overview of My Health Record use amongst clinicians in various healthcare settings across Australia. Presenters from the Australian Digital Health Agency will highlight the latest enhancements made to the My Health Record system including new documents such as the Pharmacist Shared Medicines List (PSML). Speakers from Western Health, Victoria and the Victorian Department of Health will discuss status of implementation projects underway to expand the uploading of the PSML across public health services.
