

The WA Branch invites you to VAD: Getting comfortable with uncomfortable conversations
Led by Tracey Meumann and Kirtida Shah, you will be updated on voluntary assisted dying in WA and across Australia. You will be provided with considerations and talking points for conversations with people considering VAD and updated on the role of an Authorised Disposer and how this may impact your practice.
Time: 5:30 arrival, 6pm-7:30pm
Venue: SCGH Joske Room (East + West - go up to the 8th floor using the blue lifts, access via Watling Walk), Hospital Ave, Nedlands WA 6009, Zoom
Please note that there will be a part at the end of the presentation that we cannot stream on Zoom for safety and confidentiality purposes.

This activity has been accredited for 1.5 hours of Group-1 CPD, of which 1 hour can be converted to 1 hour of Group-2 CPD (for a maximum total of 2.5 CPD credits) upon successful completion of the relevant assessment activity, suitable for inclusion in an individual pharmacist’s CPD plan.
The accreditation number is S2025/23
