Alistair Meldrum
Mental Health Pharmacist
Alistair (Al) commenced his hospital career with Queensland Health at Ipswich following completion of his internship in community. Whilst the jump from community to hospital pharmacy was a steep learning curve Al took the challenge in his stride. In 2021 he made the move to Rockhampton Hospital where he holds the position of mental health pharmacist and is currently on secondment as a clinical educator. Outside of his work commitments, Al is a regularly contributor to SHPA as a member of the mental health leadership group and observer for the Qld branch.
