

This hybrid course is designed to equip participants with the essential knowledge and practical skills required for credentialing in pharmaceutical and advanced therapeutic production.
Course Requirements and Time Commitment
To successfully complete the course and receive credentialing, participants must:
Complete all 19 compulsory online modules plus 2 elective topics (approx. 10 hours), AND
Attend a one-day virtual workshop, AND
Attend a two-day in-person workshop in Sydney, AND
Complete workplace-based assessments (approx. 4 hours)
The online topics are pre-recorded and can be accessed at your convenience. Each module clearly states its duration, allowing you to plan accordingly. Modules must be completed in sequential order. You must complete each module, including its associated multiple-choice quiz, before progressing to the next.
Course Workbooks
Throughout the course, you will be provided with four workbooks:
Portfolio Assessment Workbook – Available upon enrolment
Virtual Workshop Workbook – Available one week before the virtual workshop
Live Event Workbook – Provided during the two-day in-person workshop
Workplace-Based Assessment Workbook – Distributed at the end of the in-person workshop
Assessment Structure
The assessment tasks are specifically designed to validate your competence in the pharmaceutical and advanced therapeutic production environment. Assessments are varied to support diverse learning styles and include:
Multiple-choice quizzes – Required at the end of each online topic to unlock the next module
Portfolio tasks – Collection of evidence from your learning and professional practice, such as reflections, projects, and work documents
Case studies – Completed during the virtual workshop
Workplace-based assessments – Practical demonstrations completed on-site
Submission of Assessments
Multiple-choice quizzes: Submitted online within the learning platform
Virtual Workshop Workbook: Email to AdPha Education Team at education@adpha.au after attending the workshop and completing all activities
Portfolio Assessment Workbook: Submit to the facilitator on Day 1 of the live event; feedback will be returned on Day 2
Workplace-Based Assessment Workbook: Complete within your workplace. If an external assessor is needed, contact AdPha Education Team at education@adpha.au

Familiarise yourself with the components of the course and understand the assessment requirements.
Confirm your attendance to the virtual one-day workshop and the two-day live workshop with your workplace manager.
Read and/or listen to all learning material provided. Even familiar topics may offer new insights and perspectives.
Create a study timeline to complete the course and come prepared to the workshops. Use the Q&A time to clarify doubts and enhance your understanding
