Adam Livori FANZCAP (Research, Cardiol.), PhD, Centre for Medicine Use and Safety, Faculty of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences, Monash University, Mebourne, Vic

Adam Livori is a clinician-researcher based in Ballarat, Victoria. He holds degrees in nuclear medicine and pharmacy, a masters of clinical pharmacy, and soon to submit his PhD thesis titled "Patterns and predictors of clinical outcomes in myocardial infarction and atrial fibrillation". He is past chair of the cardiology leadership committee for Advanced Pharmacy Australia, a founding member of the cardiology community of practice for the European Soceity of Clinical Pharmacy, and a member of a BIg Data Flagship for the Australian Cardiovascular Alliance. He was awarded the 2020 William Mercer Medal and the 2024 Medal of Merit for Advanced Pharmacy Australia, and was the first AUstralian pharmacist to be named a fellow of the Cardiac Society of Australia and New Zealand. He works as the advanced practice and innovation pharmacist at Grampians Health, and is a research fellow at the Baker Heart and Diabetes Institute. He is passionate about equitable care in cardiology, and education on cardiology and statistics.
Amy Legg FANZCAP (InfDis, Research), Assistant Director of Pharmacy, Caboolture Hospital, Qld

Amy Legg is an experienced clinical pharmacist in infectious diseases and antimicrobial stewardship. Her research interests include effects of penicillin allergy on patient outcomes and process for allergy assessment, therapeutic drug monitoring to ensure efficacy and safety, and uptake and efficacy of the hepatitis C medications.

Jesslyn Ha, Lead Analgesic Stewardship Pharmacist, Monash Health, Melbourne, Vic

Jesslyn Ha is the Analgesic Stewardship Pharmacist, currently leading the development and implementation of an organisation-wide analgesic stewardship service across Monash Health to improve the quality and safety of pain management. Jesslyn was recently recognised as AdPha Resident of the Year in 2025 shortly after publishing her research titled 'Identifying the Important Skills and Attributes of a Practice-Based Research Supervisor Among Hospital Pharmacists'. She is the current Continuing Education Coordinator Lead, assisting to organise the continuing education sessions across the department, and has also worked within the pharmacy education team as a clinical educator for new pharmacists and interns. She has broad clinical experience across emergency medicine, general medicine, cardiology, cardiac surgery, orthopaedics and Hospital in the Home through her rotational training. She is passionate about clinical governance and quality improvement activities.
Kingston Yeung, PhD Candidate, Casual Academic and Pharmacist, University of Sydney, AdPha NSW Branch Chair, Sydney, NSW

Kingston is an early-career pharmacist who completed his internship in 2023 and was recognised as the Advanced Pharmacy Australia (AdPha) NSW Branch Intern of the Year. He is currently undertaking a PhD at the University of Sydney, investigating the role of pharmacists in reducing patient harm during transitions of care. He serves as the Chair of the AdPha NSW Branch and the AdPha Rural and Remote Specialty Practice Group Leadership Committee, and also serves on the AdPha Transitions of Care and Primary Care Specialty Practice Group Leadership Committee. Internationally, Kingston is the Secretary of the Communication and Digital Engagement Committee within the Hospital Pharmacy Section of the International Pharmaceutical Federation (FIP).
Donna Wellins, Education Pharmacist, AdPha

Donna Wellins is a registered credentialled pharmacist and Credentialled Diabetes Educator (CDE) with over 20 years’ experience across community pharmacy, primary care and health education. She is a GP practice pharmacist within a large multidisciplinary medical centre in Brisbane, where she also leads a pharmacist-led diabetes clinic delivering education, medication management and chronic disease care as part of an integrated healthcare team. Donna is passionate about the evolving role of pharmacists in general practice and chronic disease management and enjoys supporting students and early career pharmacists to explore expanded and emerging pharmacy career pathways.
Tiernan McDonough ANZCAP-Reg (Generalist, GeriMed), Consultant pharmacist, PhD Candidate, Clinical and Health Sciences, School of Pharmacy and Biomedical Science, College of Health, Adelaide University, SA

Tiernan McDonough is a consultant pharmacist and PhD candidate at Adelaide University. Tiernan has practised across hospital, community, general practice and academic settings, and currently works as an Aged Care Onsite Pharmacist and casual academic. His research focuses on aged care and pharmacist education.
Ashleigh Gimblett, Clinical ward pharmacist (ICU/CCU), Slade Pharmacy Murdoch, St John of God Murdoch Hospital, Perth, WA

Ashleigh is a clinical ward pharmacist at Slade Pharmacy Murdoch, providing pharmacy services to St John of God Murdoch Hospital, a 500-bed private hospital in Perth. She works primarily within the Intensive Care Unit and Coronary Care Unit, supporting complex and high-acuity patient care. Ashleigh brings 15 years of experience in hospital pharmacy across both Western Australia and Queensland.
Luke Bradford, Lead Pharmacist – Clinical Education at the Royal Darwin and Palmerston Hospitals, Darwin, NT

Luke is the Lead Pharmacist for Clinical Education at Royal Darwin Hospital, with over five years of hospital pharmacy experience across diverse clinical settings. He completed his internship and AdPha residency training program at Launceston General Hospital in Tasmania. Luke has a strong clinical interest in critical care and nephrology and is passionate about contributing to rural healthcare.
