

The Live Virtual Foundation Seminar in Clinical Medication Management is designed ass an add on to the Introduction to Hospital Pharmacy Training Course.
This seminar will be delivered by a live virtual seminar across two half days on Saturday 12 and Sunday 13 November 2022. The Training Course materials must be completed prior to attending the live virtual seminar.
Case based discussions and small group activities will be used to introduce participants to essential processes for clinical medication management.
Please note: all attendees will have 18 weeks of access to the seminar self-paced learning package and resources from your date of enrolment into this page. Enrolment details will be sent to registered attendees when available.
