This seminar is designed to help you increase your sphere of influence, impact on patient care and extend your clinical practice across the patient care continuum. Work through a comprehensive self-paced learning package online, focusing on clinical practice fundamentals. This is then followed by an interactive one day live virtual event to consolidate learning. Virtual case-based discussions of complex clinical scenarios and small group activities will be used to develop participant skills in problem solving to optimise medication management and resolve medication related problems.
To foster greater interactivity and connection between tutors, presenters and attendees in the virtual learning environment, places are limited.
The self-paced learning package will be available from Friday 28 March 2025. It comprises a series of presentations, self-directed preparation questions and activities totalling approximately 8hrs of learning materials.
The live virtual component of this seminar will take place across two half day sessions on Saturday 10 May 2025.
Please note: all attendees will have 18 weeks of access to the seminar self-paced learning package and resources from your date of enrolment into this page. Enrolment details will be sent to registered attendees when available.
Target audience
The target audience for this seminar is pharmacists looking to extend or consolidate their clinical pharmacy practice.
